Smart Nation Ambassadors (SNA) is a 6,000-strong citizen community initiative by GovTech, aimed at fostering collaboration between citizens and government teams to co-create digital services and products. Our members come from diverse backgrounds and are passionate about contributing to the public good. They actively participate in user-testing sessions, focus groups, and product insightful feedback to shape government digital offerings.
